A placement cell is a part of the college. It invites eminent professors and visionaries to the college in order to provide the students with knowledge and learning. The college also conducts model interview to enhance their confidence level.
Ayya Nadar Janaki Ammal College (ANJA), Sivaganga caters to all the modern amenities which the students of the present era need in a rural area. It also emphasizes in humanitarian values. An equal emphasis is given to make discipline as a part of daily life.
Scholarship- There is a provision of a number of scholarships for the students. These include those given by the Government of India, State Government, etc. Research – Research is a part of the syllabus of the Post Graduate students in this college. The faculty members also motivate the students to carry out research. There has been formed the Academic Affairs and Research Cell in the college, which motivates the faculty members to contact the funding organizations to execute seminars and promote research projects.
